How to view your payment receipt

This will be useful if: 

You are a Learner User of the EzLicence booking platform.

You are trying to: 

View your payment receipts.

Overview:

As soon as you make a payment, we will email you an instant payment receipt. You can view any of your payment receipts at any time.

How to view your payment receipt

Step 1.

Log in to your learner account.

Step 2.

On your Dashboard, top right hand side of your screen, click the menu icon   

Step 3.

Select Wallet.

Step 4.

Scroll down until you can view All Transactions.This will show a list of all wallet transactions including payments and bonus credits (where applicable).

Step 5.

Locate the transaction ID click the reference number eg. #123 to view your payment receipt.

Step 6.

Your payment receipt will open in a new tab.
