Fix a payment error where payment has been made multiple times.
Overview:
Sometimes, we get a little excited and accidentally pay multiple times, literally within minutes of each other. We’ve been there.
We can offer 2 options:
- You can keep the extra credit and redeem it when it suits you. The credit is valid for 24 months; or
- We can process a refund back to your source of payment, this can take 5-10 business days, depending on the bank processing time.
If you are happy to keep the credit, no further action is required. If you would prefer a refund, please submit a support request to our team for processing.
