How to check your wallet balance

This will be useful if: 

You are a Learner User of the EzLicence booking platform.

You are trying to: 

View your booking credits.

Overview:

You can view your booking credits at any time. All booking credits are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

How to check your wallet balance

Step 1.

Log in to your learner account.

Step 2. (optional)

On your Dashboard, your wallet balance summary is displayed in two locations.

Step 3.

On your Dashboard, top right hand side of your screen, click the menu icon

Step 4.

Select Wallet.

Step 5.

From your Wallet, you can view your cash balance. If you are eligible for a refund, it would be this amount.

Step 6.

You can also see any non-refundable credit. 

Step 7.

Under All Transactions, you can see the full history of your wallet including purchases and bookings.
