Overview:
Keeping your calendar up to date will set you on the right path to delivering a great learner experience. The EzLicence calendar offers a great deal of flexibility whilst still being super easy to use. It is important to understand some of the basics before getting into the nitty gritty.

This video will walk you through how to navigate your calendar. You are able to adjust the playback speed in the settings menu ⚙️.
How to navigate your calendar
Step 1.
Log in to your instructor account.
Step 2.
From the menu, select Calendar
Step 3.
In the top right, you can change the view by clicking on any of the Day | Week | Month buttons
Step 4.
In the top left, you can move day to day or week to week or month to month using the < > buttons
Step 5.
In the top left, there is also a Today button which will bring the view back to today.
Step 6.
You can turn your Smart Scheduling View off and on using the toggle in the top left. For further information on Smart Scheduling click here.
Step 7.
On the left hand side, you can view the time of day in 15 minute increments.
Step 8.
There are 7 colours in use in the calendar view, they are as follows:
Grey with diagonal lines = closed, no learners can book directly into your calendar
White = open, but not a booking time shown to learners
Green = booking times available for learners to book
Yellow = driving lesson booking
Light blue = invited learner booking
Light yellow with a darker outline = proposed booking
Dark grey = personal event
Step 9.
You can click on any of the existing calendar bookings to view the details and make changes.
Step 10.
Click anywhere on the calendar to Create an Event OR in the top right, click Create Event.
