How to set up Google Calendar 2-way sync

This will be useful if: 

You are a Driving Instructor User of the EzLicence booking platform.

You are trying to: 

• Connect your Google Calendar to your EzLicence calendar

• Enable two-way sync for the first time

• Reconnect your calendar after a failed or expired connection

• Keep your availability accurate across both calendar

EzLicence’s Google Calendar sync helps keep your availability and lesson bookings accurate across both calendars. This guide walks you through how to activate two-way sync so your schedule stays consistent, up to date, and easy to manage. Use this article to ensure your calendar remains accurate, secure, and running smoothly.

How to activate and mange two way Google Calendar Sync 
 

Step 1.

Log into your instructor account.
 

Step 2.

From the menu, select Calendar
 

Step 3.

Click on the wheel icon, click Connect your Calendar

Step 4.

The Connect your calendar 2-2ay sync pop up box will appear. You will see Google Calendar, Click on Connect. 
 

Step 5.

Click on the google account you would like to sync with EzLicence. Click Continue.

Step 6.

Review the privacy policy and terms of service, if you agree, click Allow.  Select the calendar you want EzLicence to read. Wait for confirmation, Sync will finish in a few seconds. A notification will confirm when your sync is active.
