How to cancel a booking with your instructor

Cancel a booking with your driving instructor 24 hours beforehand

Overview:

The EzLicence platform has been designed to provide you with maximum scheduling flexibility. We understand that things can change.

As an EzLicence learner, you are able to cancel your booking online up to 24 hrs prior to the booking start time. When you cancel, you will instantly receive the credit back into your EzLicence wallet. All booking credits are valid for 24 months.

If it is less than 24 hours before the booking start time, you are able to cancel your booking online as a late cancellation.

How to cancel a booking with your instructor 24 hours beforehand

Step 1.

Log in to your learner account

Step 2.

On your Dashboard, under Upcoming Bookings, click the View/Manage button, next to the booking you wish to cancel.

Step 3.

Click X Cancel (Reschedule Later).

Step 4.

A confirmation box will appear, click Confirm to cancel the booking. You will be taken back to your Dashboard, where your booking will be displayed under Booking History. The status will be marked as Cancelled by Learner.
