How to view your booking history

This will be useful if: 

You are a Learner User of the EzLicence booking platform

You are trying to: 

Get a complete view of all your bookings, whether they were completed or cancelled.

Overview:

Your EzLicence learner account provides you with access to your complete booking history. This information can be useful for the following:

1. Record Keeping:
   • Keep track of all past bookings for easy reference.
   • Assist in the maintenance of your logbook of driving hours (where applicable)
2. Payment Verification:
   • Check your payments against services charged.

Accessing your booking history is as easy as 1…2…3!

How to view your booking history

Step 1.

Log in to your learner account.

Step 2.

On your Dashboard, scroll down to view three tabs - Upcoming Bookings, Book Services and Booking History.

Step 3.

Click Booking History.

Step 4.

Click Booking # to view individual booking details.

Step 5.

In this view, you can see the booking details, the amount deducted from your EzLicence Wallet and a history of any changes made.
