Overview:
Unfortunately, there are times when your driving instructor might need to cancel a booking. Life happens and there are some situations which can't be avoided. Some examples are:
- Driving instructor is unwell
- Someone in their immediate family is unwell and they need to provide care
- The driving instructor’s car has been damaged or has mechanical issues
When this happens, your driving instructor should make contact as soon as possible to let you know. The instructor can action either of the following:
- Reschedule your booking
The instructor will send you a booking proposal, this will instantly return the credit to your EzLicence wallet. Refer to our support article for more information - How to action a booking proposal
- Cancel your booking
The instructor can cancel the booking online, this will instantly return the credit to your EzLicence wallet. Refer to our support article for more information - How to view your booking credits
If you would prefer to change driving instructor and rebook, you can do this at any time and at no cost. Refer to our support article for more information - How to change your driving instructor
My instructor hasn’t arrive for my booking
