This promotion is made by EZ LICENCE PTY LTD (ABN 43 612 095 968) (EzLicence) and applies to eligible learners who complete the Free Practice Learner Test on the EzLicence website and are subsequently presented with this offer. This offer is not publicly available and is extended only to selected learners at EzLicence's discretion as part of a targeted promotion. Accessing this page does not itself confer eligibility.
Under this promotion, a learner who completes the Free Practice Learner Test on the EzLicence website may become entitled to receive additional EzLicence account credits ("Free Credits") when they subsequently make a qualifying first purchase of lesson credits through EzLicence. The Free Credits are issued in addition to the lesson credits purchased by the learner and are not a discount, price reduction, or refund applied to the qualifying purchase.
The value of the Free Credits will be displayed to the learner during the purchase process and may vary. Free Credits are only issued where the offer is successfully applied to the learner’s qualifying purchase at the time of purchase.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Free Credits, a learner must:
(a) complete the Free Practice Learner Test on the EzLicence website;
(b) be presented with this offer by EzLicence, whether during the purchase process on the EzLicence website or via a direct communication from EzLicence;
(c) be making their first purchase of lesson credits on EzLicence, meaning the learner has not previously completed any lesson credit purchase through EzLicence under any account registered to the same learner;
(d) complete a qualifying purchase of lesson credits with the offer successfully applied at the time of purchase; and
(e) not cancel, dispute, reverse, or receive a refund for the qualifying purchase.
The Free Credits are limited to one issuance per learner account and one per learner. A learner may not claim the Free Credits more than once, regardless of the number of Free Practice Learner Tests completed, accounts created, or purchases made.
How Free Credits are Applied and Consumed
The Free Credits will be issued to the learner's EzLicence account following the qualifying purchase and will be applied in accordance with EzLicence's standard credit terms as set out in the Learner Terms and Conditions.
Where a learner holds both purchased credits and Free Credits in their account, purchased credits will be consumed first. Free Credits will only be consumed once the learner has no remaining purchased credits available.
Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
This offer is intended for learners completing the Free Practice Learner Test and making a genuine first purchase of driving lesson credits through EzLicence. Attempts to circumvent the one-per-learner limit, including by completing the Free Practice Learner Test multiple times, creating multiple accounts, using different contact details, or any other method intended to obtain the Free Credits more than once, are a misuse of this promotion and a breach of EzLicence's Learner Terms and Conditions.
EzLicence reserves the right to verify eligibility using its internal records, including Free Practice Learner Test completion records, account registration details, mobile number, and purchase history. EzLicence's internal records will be conclusive in determining eligibility in the absence of manifest error.
Where EzLicence reasonably determines that a learner has claimed or attempted to claim the Free Credits in breach of these terms, or where EzLicence identifies activity it reasonably considers suspicious, duplicate, misleading, or fraudulent, EzLicence may, without notice, revoke and remove any Free Credits issued, cancel any booking made using such credits, and take such further action as is permitted under EzLicence's Learner Terms and Conditions, including restriction or cancellation of the learner's account.
General
The Free Credits are non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash or any other benefit. The Free Credits are subject to expiry in accordance with EzLicence's standard credit terms as set out in the Learner Terms and Conditions.
This promotion does not apply to private lessons or private test packs.
EzLicence reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue this promotion at any time and without notice, at its sole discretion. Withdrawal of the promotion will not affect the entitlement of a learner who has already completed a qualifying purchase prior to the date of withdrawal, provided those terms are otherwise satisfied.
All other terms governing lesson credits, bookings, cancellations, and refunds are set out in EzLicence's Learner Terms and Conditions, Payment Policy, and Refund Policy, which continue to apply and are not modified by this promotion.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. To the extent permitted by law, EzLicence's liability in connection with this promotion is limited to issuing the applicable Free Credits.
