EzLicence First Lesson Credit Offer Terms and Conditions

This promotion is made by EZ LICENCE PTY LTD (ABN 43 612 095 968) (EzLicence) and applies to eligible learners who are presented with this offer during the EzLicence booking process. This offer is not publicly available and is extended only to selected learners at EzLicence's discretion as part of a targeted promotion. Accessing this page does not itself confer eligibility.

Under this promotion, a learner who is presented with the offer during their first purchase on EzLicence and who completes a qualifying lesson credit purchase of the minimum lesson hours displayed at the time of the offer may receive one complimentary hour of lesson credits ("Bonus Lesson Credit"). The minimum qualifying purchase quantity will be displayed to the learner during the purchase process and may vary.

The Bonus Lesson Credit will be issued as EzLicence account credits equivalent to one hour of lesson value at the instructor's hourly rate applicable at the time of the qualifying purchase. The Bonus Lesson Credit will be applied to the learner's account in accordance with EzLicence's standard credit terms as set out in the Learner Terms and Conditions. Where the learner books a lesson with an instructor whose hourly rate exceeds the value of the Bonus Lesson Credit, the learner must pay the difference using additional credits at the time of booking.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Bonus Lesson Credit, a learner must:

(a) be presented with this offer by EzLicence during the purchase process on the EzLicence website;

(b) be making their first purchase of lesson credits on EzLicence, meaning the learner has not previously completed any lesson credit purchase through EzLicence under any account registered to the same learner;

(c) complete the qualifying lesson credit purchase of the minimum hours specified and offer successfully applied at the time of the offer; and

(d) not cancel, dispute, reverse, or receive a refund for the qualifying purchase.

The Bonus Lesson Credit is limited to one per learner account and one per learner. A learner may not claim the Bonus Lesson Credit more than once, regardless of the number of accounts created or purchases made.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

This offer is intended for learners making a genuine first purchase of driving lesson credits through EzLicence. Attempts to circumvent the one-per-learner limit, including by creating multiple accounts, using different contact details, or any other method intended to obtain the Bonus Lesson Credit more than once, are a misuse of this promotion and a breach of EzLicence's Learner Terms and Conditions.

EzLicence reserves the right to verify eligibility using its internal records, including account registration details, mobile number, and purchase history. EzLicence's internal records will be conclusive in determining eligibility in the absence of manifest error.

Where EzLicence reasonably determines that a learner has claimed or attempted to claim the Bonus Lesson Credit in breach of these terms, EzLicence may, without notice, revoke and remove any Bonus Lesson Credit issued, cancel any booking made using such credits, and take such further action as is permitted under EzLicence's Learner Terms and Conditions, including restriction or cancellation of the learner's account.

General

The Bonus Lesson Credit is non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash or any other benefit. The Bonus Lesson Credit is subject to expiry in accordance with EzLicence's standard credit terms as set out in the Learner Terms and Conditions.

This promotion does not apply to private lessons or private test packs.

EzLicence reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue this promotion at any time and without notice, at its sole discretion. Withdrawal of the promotion will not affect the entitlement of a learner who has already completed a qualifying purchase prior to the date of withdrawal, provided those terms are otherwise satisfied.

All other terms governing lesson credits, bookings, cancellations, and refunds are set out in EzLicence's Learner Terms and Conditions, Payment Policy, and Refund Policy, which continue to apply and are not modified by this promotion.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. To the extent permitted by law, EzLicence's liability in connection with this promotion is limited to issuing the applicable Bonus Lesson Credit.
