This promotion is made by EZ LICENCE PTY LTD (ABN 43 612 095 968) (EzLicence) and applies to eligible learners who complete at least ten driving lessons and one driving test pack through EzLicence via http://www.ezlicence.com.au (Eligible Requirements).
Under this promotion, where a learner satisfies the Eligible Requirements, the “Pass Guarantee” means that if the learner fails the driving test undertaken as part of the completed driving test pack, EzLicence will provide one additional driving test pack at no additional cost by issuing account credits to the learner equal to the value of a standard test pack, subject to these terms and limited to a maximum of $260 in account credits. For the purposes of this promotion, “completed” means the lesson or driving test pack booking was booked, delivered and marked as complete through the EzLicence platform, and does not include bookings that are cancelled, rescheduled, reverted, refunded, disputed, unpaid or otherwise invalid.
To qualify for the additional test pack, the learner must have completed at least ten lessons and the original driving test pack through EzLicence and must have failed that driving test. The learner must contact EzLicence support at [https://support.ezlicence.com.au/hc/en-au](https://support.ezlicence.com.au/hc/en-au) to request the additional test pack. The additional test pack is not automatically issued and will only be provided following review and confirmation by EzLicence, which may require evidence of the failed test including, without limitation, an official test result summary, assessment report, licensing authority documentation, or other confirmation reasonably requested by EzLicence.
EzLicence reserves the right to verify the learner’s test outcome, including confirming whether the learner passed or failed their most recent driving test, before issuing any credits. EzLicence may refuse to issue the additional test pack where it reasonably determines that the claim is duplicate, invalid, misleading, fraudulent, or where these terms have not been complied with.
The additional test pack will be provided as EzLicence account credits only, is non-transferable, non refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit. Only one additional complimentary test pack may be issued per eligible learner.
EzLicence reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time in its discretion. Where the promotion is withdrawn or amended, learners who have already completed at least ten lessons and a driving test pack prior to the effective date of the change will remain eligible for the promotion, provided those lessons and the test pack are completed within six months of the date the promotion is withdrawn or amended and otherwise in accordance with these terms.

For clarity, EzLicence’s standard Refund Policy, as published on our website and updated from time to time, continues to apply to all purchases made in connection with this promotion.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. To the extent permitted by law, EzLicence’s liability in connection with this promotion is limited to issuing the account credits for one additional driving test pack.
