Generate more repeat bookings! With our user-friendly booking proposals, you can effortlessly send booking proposals to your learners at a time that suits both your schedules.
- Propose booking times that align perfectly with your schedule. Aim for those efficient 2-hour bookings!
- Plan consecutive bookings for learners in the same area to cut down on travel time.
- If you're operating two vehicles, propose bookings for learners with the same transmission on the same day. No more vehicle switching headaches!
- Extend your booking slots by suggesting bookings during your typically off-hours. Got a learner with an early morning test? You can easily accommodate them by sending a booking proposal!

This video will walk you through how to propose a booking to your learner. You are able to adjust the playback speed in the settings menu ⚙️.
How to propose a booking
Step 1.
Log in to your instructor account.
Step 2.
From the menu, select Calendar
Step 3.
Click anywhere on the calendar to Create an Event OR in the top right, click Create Event
Step 4.
In this example we are proposing a booking to an EzLicence Learner. Click Create Proposal.
Step 5.
Click Select a learner. A list of all learners who have completed a booking with you in the past 6 months or have an upcoming booking will be displayed.
Step 6.
Click a booking type, the options are a 1-hour driving lesson, 2-hour driving lesson or a driving test package.
Step 7.
Click and select a day and select a time from the drop down menu.
Step 8. (optional)
You are able to propose more than one booking at a time, scroll down and click + Add Another Booking button. Repeat from step 6 above on this new proposal.
Step 9.
Once complete, click Propose Booking. Your proposed booking will now appear in your calendar as a light grey event.
Step 10.
From your calendar, you can click on the proposed booking to view the details and/or cancel it.
Step 11.
You can also view and manage your Pending Proposals from your Dashboard.
What’s Next?
The learner will receive a notification, which will be sent via SMS and email. Learners can accept or reject the proposal from their learner account.
Booking proposals will expire at the booking start time OR after 24 hrs from when it was sent (whichever comes first).
Once it is accepted by the learner, it will change to a yellow confirmed booking.
