How to change your service area

This will be useful if: 

You are a Driving Instructor User of the EzLicence booking platform.

You are trying to: 

Add or remove suburbs from where you service.

Overview:

The EzLicence booking system allows you to make changes to your driving instructor profile at any time. This includes making changes to the suburbs you service.

IMPORTANT - when changing your service region

• Removing a suburb/s - all existing bookings in your calendar will remain. All learners who have completed a booking will be able to book again and you will need to deliver their driving lessons.
• Adding a suburb/s - make sure that you can cover your service region in your allocated travel time

How to change your service area

Step 1.

Log in to your instructor account.

Step 2.

On your Dashboard, top right hand side of your screen, click the menu icon

Step 3.

Select Service Area & Availability. A Google Map and suburb list will appear.

Step 4.

Click the Edit Service Region button.

Step 5.

Whilst in editing mode, you can make changes by either using:

• The map, click suburbs on and off
• The text box, type the area name or click the “x” in the areas list to remove it

Step 6.

Click Save Changes
