How to complete a 2-step verification

This will be useful if: 

You are a Driving Instructor User of the EzLicence booking platform.

You are trying to: 

Log in to your instructor account and you require a 2-step verification code

Overview:

EzLicence uses a 2-Step verification process, this is an industry standard way of verifying that it is actually you who is logging into your account.  This security feature requires you to input a 6-digit code, in addition to your email address and password, when logging in to EzLicence. 

By adding 2-Step verification, the personal information held in your EzLicence account has an extra layer of protection and security, should your login and password be compromised in any way.

How to complete a 2-step verification

Step 1.

Start the process to log in to your account, if you need further instructions, click here.

Step 2.

Before clicking Login, click the box just below the password field that says Remember me for 60 days. If you are using private or incognito browser settings, the 'Remember me for 60 days' will not work.

Step 3.

Click Login, you will receive an SMS to your mobile phone with a 6-digit code. It will also be sent via email. The code will remain valid for 5 minutes.

Step 4.

Enter this code and click Verify. You will then be logged in and on your Dashboard. 

Step 5. (optional)

If you do not receive the code within 60 seconds, please click Resend and enter the new code.
