How your cancellation rate is calculated

The cancellation rate uses data from the last 90 days. It is calculated using this simple formula:

Cancellation rate doesn’t look right

Sometimes, we get it wrong. It doesn't happen often but if it does, please let us know. You can submit a support request providing the following information:

• Booking ID
• Learner name
• Date and time of booking
• Reason why this should not be included in your cancellation rate.

Once our team receives the request, they will investigate further and get in touch with you to rectify the issue.
