Your transaction report explained

This will be useful if: 

You are a Driving Instructor User of the EzLicence booking platform.

You are trying to: 

Understand the information on your transaction report. 

Overview:

Your transaction report helps you keep track of the payments you've received for lessons. It gives you a clear picture of your earnings and transactions over a specific period.

You will automatically be issued a transaction report each time you receive a payout. It will be issued via email and you can also access it at any time via your instructor account. For further information, click here.

There is a lot of information on your transaction report, so let’s break it down section by section.

At the top of the transaction report:

• Business information: Your registered business information
• Date: The day the payment was made, this may not be the date you receive it
• ID: A unique reference number for the payment
• Amount: The total amount paid into your bank account

In the middle of the transaction report, itemised by booking:

Marketplace learner

• Student Name: The first name of the student who made the payment
• Booking Details: A summary of the lesson (date, type and duration)
• Amount Paid: The total amount paid for the lesson
• Learner Discounts: Any discounts received by the learner due to purchase in bulk
• Booking Service Fee: The amount paid to EzLicence for the booking
• Net Payment: The net amount paid to you for each booking completed

Invited learner

• Student Name: The first name of the student who made the payment
• Booking Details: A summary of the lesson (date, type and duration)
• Amount Paid: The total amount paid for the lesson
• Learner Discounts: Any discounts received by the learner for purchasing in bulk
• Invited Learner Fee: The administration fee paid to EzLicence for invited learners
• Net Payment: The net amount paid to you for each booking completed

Reversals

• Student Name: The first name of the student who made the payment
• Booking Details: A summary of the lesson (date, type and duration)
• Amount Paid: The total deducted from your payout for the lesson previously paid to you
• Booking Service Fee: The amount previously deducted and paid to EzLicence for the booking
• Net Payment: The net amount deducted from your payout for a previously paid lesson

At the bottom of the transaction report:

• Payment Processing Fee: The amount charged to process this payment
• Subtotal: This is the total amount of each item listed in the middle section. For example - the total amount of Invited Learner Admin Fees that applied to this payout
• Net Payment: The total amount paid into your bank account
• EzLicence's business information: Our business address, company number and contact details will be listed
