Overview:
It is really simple to manage the notification settings on your learner account.
How to change your notifications
Step 1.
Log in to your Learner account
Step 2.
On your Dashboard, top right hand side of your screen, click the menu icon.
Step 3.
Select My Preferences. The ‘My Preferences’ screen will appear.
Step 4.
Under Notification Preferences, tick the boxes of the notifications you wish to receive.
Step 5.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.
Important
Please note that in instances where we have received payments for a learner account, we are required by the Australian Taxation Department to keep these records for a minimum of 5 years and are thus unable to remove or delete the account details from our system.
