Book Your Private Learners

Getting started is really easy. From your Dashboard, click the Add New Private Learner button

You will be presented with two options:

Option 1 - Invite a learner

1. Complete the learner's name and either their mobile or email details.
2. Click the preview to check the details before sending the invitation.
3. Click Invite Learner

This will send a booking link to your learner via SMS or email. From there your learner clicks the link and lands on your unique profile page.

Your learner can then complete the account registration, make purchases, and book directly with you.

Option 2 - Propose a booking

1. Complete the learner's name and either their mobile or email details.
2. Complete the Propose Booking details and click Save & Close.
3. Click the preview to check the details before sending.
4. Click Send Booking Proposal.

This will send a booking proposal link to your learner via SMS or email. From there your learner completes the account registration, accepts your booking proposal/s, including payment.
