The EzLicence platform makes booking and managing lessons simple and straightforward for both learners and driving instructors. With just a few easy steps, you can invite your personal learners to book and pay securely through the EzLicence website. Enjoy the convenience of having everything you need to manage your business in one place.

How to invite your learner to book into your calendar
Step 1.
Log in to your instructor account.
Step 2.
From the Dashboard, select Invite Learner.
Step 3.
Enter your learner’s name and mobile number.
Step 4.
Click Send SMS Invite
How to book your invited learners
Step 1.
Log in to your instructor account.
Step 2.
From the Dashboard, select Propose Booking.

If you have completed bookings with this learner before, click Select a learner.
A list of your learners will appear (in alphabetical order), you can either scroll to locate your learner or you can enter a learner’s first name or phone number in the Search field.
Step 4. (optional)
If this is your first time sending a booking to this learner, click + Add new
Step 5.
Enter the learner name and mobile number
Step 6.
Scroll down to select the section titled Lesson start time.
Step 7.
From the top drop down, Select a day. You can choose any date within the next 75 days.
Step 8.
From the next drop down, Select a time. You can choose any time in the list, we encourage you to use those marked (Recommended) to maximise your bookings.
Step 9.
Under the section titled Learner Pickup Postcode, select the learner’s pickup location. You will only be able to choose postcodes that are listed in your service area. If you need to make changes or further information, click here.
Step 10.
Once finished, double check the information and click Propose Booking. This will send a booking proposal link to your learner via SMS. From there your learner completes the account registration, accepts your booking proposal/s and makes payment. This proposal will remain valid for 24 hours or until the booking start time (whichever comes first).
Step 11. (optional)
If you need to locate your proposal, it will appear in your Calendar and also in the Upcoming tab on your Dashboard.
Step 12. (optional)
You can click on the proposal from your calendar and click Cancel this proposal at any time before it is accepted.
Once you have sent your invitations, you can locate the information again under the Pending Invites tab under the Learners menu.
